This Annual Report reviews the final year of our 2020-22 Strategic Delivery Plan.

Our Mission: To be a trusted provider of quality homes, deliver excellent landlord and support services, and create thriving and independent communities.

The priorities in our Strategic Delivery Plan 2020-2022

Building new homes

We will:

  • Deliver a programme of new homes
  • Increase the number of homes both in and outside Oldham.
  • Develop new properties to meet housing need.

Creating thriving communities

We will:

  • Put the customer voice at the centre of service design, ensuring we focus on services customers value.
  • Deliver value for money investments that make a difference to our customers.
  • Strive for service delivery excellence.
  • Deliver strong customer engagement.
  • Be a customer-centric organisation.
  • Maintain and adapt existing stock to meet customer need.
  • Let properties efficiently to those in need.

Being an excellent landlord

We will:

  • Increase disposable income for our customers in or at risk of poverty.
  • Make significant impact within our communities.
  • Take an efficient and personal approach to our neighbourhood services.
  • Foster areas where our customers feel proud to live.
