Delivering our Big Plan 2.0 2022-2026

For many who work in social housing, it is a privilege and an opportunity to do something meaningful, which creates a legacy for future generations.

Through our Big Plan 2022 -2026 we will continue to make many valuable contributions to Oldham and surrounding areas as a landlord, a partner, a housing developer and an employer.

This Big Plan 2.0 summarises our goals for how we will keep improving our services, so that our homes, neighbourhoods and employment offer are something to be truly proud of.
