Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- The KPIs measure progress and are reported monthly to our Executive team and quarterly to our Board
Operational Performance Indicators (OPIs)
- The KPIs are underpinned by the OPIs and the projects that the teams deliver every day
Team Plans
- The team plans provide the route map for each team to progress their OPIs – tracked weekly and monthly
Individual Goals
- The individual goals feed up in to the BHAGs through the different levels – tracked in one-to-one meetings between colleagues and their manager

Through our Big Plan 2022-2025 we have a brilliant opportunity to make many valuable contributions to Oldham and surrounding areas as a landlord, a housing developer and an employer.
This Big Plan summarises our goals for how we will keep improving our services over the next three years, so that our homes, neighbourhoods and employment offer are something to be truly proud of.
